1oz pepper jack cheese
1 green apple

beef, potato and pea stew (35g cho, 30g protein)

spoonful Walden Farms chocolate dip (craving chocoltae)

sugarfree pudding
1 scoop isopure
1 tbsp 3-6-9 oil
