Today I took a chance and got out my box of XL size t-shirts and L size workout pants...and they fit! The pants are even a little big! I am officially out of my XXL t-shirts! I gave my trainer the XXL "Go Hard or Go Home" T-shirt and wore the XL version of it for today's workout...so HAPPY! It is all worth it - the two-a-day cardio, the eating clean...all of it! Getting comped this weekend, too, so I will have more to report! I just feel so Kick-a**!

Wednesday...LEG DAY! This means cardio in the AM, then no PM cardio

AM - rode the bike for 30 minute random program, low HR.

Workout - first time doing the leg workout without Brian (I am working back and Hammies with him on Saturday), I was a little anxious about whether I could push myself as hard - I did just fine

Warm-up 4 minutes elliptical

Leg extension 80X12, 90X10, 100X8
Smith squats 50X12, 60X12, 70X10 - these are getting more comfortable.
Leg press 180X12, 270X12, 360X10 (thought I was going to have an aneurysm)
Shawn Squats 3 sets 15
abs ball pass 2 sets 10, 1 set 6

Felt really good! And Brian said I look different today.

Today's food:

Really hungry this morning! decided to have a 'real' breakfast and do my cardio after a while, since I had time...
Maple sausage
1c baked beans

(cardio)

quinoa hot cereal
1/4c blueberries, Sf syrup
1scoop syntrax whey, coffee

12:00
3 1/2 muscle up meatballs
1/2c rice
1/2c classico triple mushroom sauce
sprinkle parmesan

Myoplex lite ready-to-drink (at the grocery store...)

A celebration!
Salad:
red leaf lettuce, carrot, sugar snap peas, 2 thin slices lean ham, Walden Farms french and bleu)
Lean Cuisine Roasted garlic and chicken pizza

Before bed I will make sf pudding, have a scoop of isopure and Udo's in it

Things I did right today:
1) Tried on my 'next-size-down' !!! Hurray!
2) Pushed through my workout.
3) Requested some new workout videos at the library!
