AM Cardio: 35 minutes random level 5 elliptical
Workout:
BACK AND HAMMIES (didn't I just do this?)
Warm-up elliptical 4 minutes, light rows
Bentover BB rows 65X12, 85X10, 95X8
Close grip pull-down 80X12, 90X12, 100X9 (brought my straps today, on Brian's advice, and then he had to stop me twice to correct the way I was using them, how embarrassing)
Wide low row 60X12, 75X10, 85X9
Seated leg curl 80X12, 90X12, 100X10 (fighting with it,ouch!)
SLDL, limited ROM 65X12, 75X10, 85X10
PM cardio - not sure yet if I am going Irish dancing or if I will stay home and just ride the recumbent bike for 30 minutes...
Wednesday food:
Really hungry this morning (leg day yesterday, perhaps?)
6:45
2 slices brown rice bread
Protein PB:
2 tbsp natty PB
1 scoop Isopure
hot water - enough to make it smooth enough to blend and spread on toast

6 almonds (all I had left :( )

PWO shake - I have altered this a little, after reading an interesting article on PWO recovery...

drizzle hoisin sauce
Dinner will be at 6:00:
Leftover squash/sweet potato and chicken tagine,
1/4c pilaf
(cardio)
Snack will most likely be SF pudding with protein and Udo's oil.
Things I did right today:
1) Learned about strap usage :p
2) Did some reading of 'inspirational' materials (the Beverly newsletter)
3) Pushed myself through my workout, raised the reps a little or the weights a little.
4) Took a nap...must have needed it :)
