Today was sunny and beautiful - but the snowstorm is coming! Oh well, what do we expect in February?

I had a good day - sort of easily distracted, though.

Did my AM cardio right after lifting, as a result of goofing around too much this morning (some mornings I just want to not 'have' to do anything..)

Workout - Shoulders:

Warm-up 3 min elliptical, light overhead db presses.
Db overhead presses 30'sX12, 35'sX10, 40'sX7 (getting back up there ;) )
BB overhead presses 60x12, 65x10, 70X8 better than last time, easier
lateral raises 15'sx12, 2 dropsets like this: 20'sX6, 15'sX6, 10'sX6, 8'sX6, 5'sX10
pecdec rear delts 50x12, 60X10, 70X8 better
DB shrugs 50"sX12, 55'sX10, 65'sX8

30 minutes step aerobics

Pm cardio 25 minutes recumbent bike, low intensity

Food today:

1 egg, 4 whites
banana

1/2c oatmeal, smart balance, sugar twin brown
isopure in crystal lite

1:35
PWO shake:
2 scoops isopure
&gt;30g mixed cho
glutamine, BCAA's
crystal lite OJ

5:00
4 oz extra lean ground beef
salad greens, mushrooms and red oinon, 1/4 avocado
Wf bleu cheese dressing
2 small purple potatoes, smart balance

in a few minutes 8:15
, snack will be chicken breast strips,
hot sauce
celery sticks and Wf bleu cheese

I am dropping the casein powder because I think it is making me bloated. I asked brian about my protein and he says shakes only first thing in the morning and PWO, so I have to make more real food..that is all good, I guess.

Things I did right today:
1) Spent some time relaxing with my daughter.
2) Worked out! My back is sore from yesterday!
3) Ate pretty clean today! And chicken for snack, how about that!
