12 pm: Ok gave in and had a small slice of ice cream cake.
1 pm: 7 oz salmon, 1 cup brown rice, about 3/4 cup corn (didn't measure)
4:30 pm: Spicy Tuna Pattie
6 pm: workout
7:15 pm: PWO shake 1 scoop whey protein

It was a pretty good day. I got busy so wasn't able to eat as much as I brought but I am feeling great. Legs are a little sore today (Thursday) from the squats 2 days ago but its a good hurt LOL Looking forward to tonights workout.
