Am Cardio - Turbo Jam cardio party

2 scoops whey, tbsp oil
1/2c oats, butter buds, sugar twin
11:00
5 oz turkey breast
1/2c rice, soy sauce
2:30
myoplex lite

3 chicken legs, broiled
1/2c rice
green beans
9:00
2 eggs
4 whites
tbsp oil
I missed a meal again, I just am not getting the first meal in early enough. I need to figure this out, I worry about not getting enough calories in...
Things I did right on Wednesday
1) Didn't cheat :P
2) Did AM cardio, even though I felt like crap.
3)Roasted a turkey breast, mmmmmmm.
