Gorgeous day today so opted for a cycle over the lunch hour. Did my usual 20km route...a lot more wind than I expected but it certainly made for a good workout...endurance with some HIIT thrown in! Swim went well last night, but it felt obvious that I haven't swam in a couple of weeks!
As I was researching possible wt routines I came across Turbulance Training and I think I'm going to try it. I downloaded the e-manual and there are some different moves with pictures so I'll know what to do. I have 2 weeks before I go to NYC, so I'll just test out the program between now and then and when I return I'll go full out with the 4 week program. This will fit perfect as I have my "real" holiday the beginning of August The routines basically call for circuit training with HIIT thrown in to make for shorter more effective workouts. The change and set routines will be good for me.

meal 2: banana + pecans
meal 3: thai beef + veggies + med salad
meal 4: orange + protien bar
meal 5: smoked salmon and veggies
meal 6: cottage cheese + fruit
