Wednesday - a little relaxed

I got up and did Yoga Booty ballet advanced workout - a nice blend of cardio, ballet strenghtening moves and yoga stretches. About 60 minutes total.

For Pm cardio I rode the bike, random program level 7/ 35 minutes (whiteninig teeth, too :) )

Food was good, although again I was hungry all day - I am going to increase my vegetables and see if that helps...

8:30am 1 1/2 scoops whey in water
1/2c reg oats, cinnamon, splenda

10:00 5 oz chicken breast
1/2c rice
mixed veggies

12:30 same as 10:00

3:00 Sf pudding
1 1/2 scoops whey

fiber wafers (craving a cookie, closest thing, at least it had a purpose)

6:15 1/2 a chipotle salad:
black beans, chicken, corn salsa, romaine lettuce, guacamole
312 calories, 14g fat, 26g cho, 4g fiber, 22g protein

8:45 2 eggs, 4 whites S&P


A pretty good day - got piddly stuff done around the house. I hit all of my goals except one - to study...somehow that slipped by. Oh well - double study Thursday!
