Warm Up: Joint mobility 9:30

Windmills: 12kg bell 2x5/side

Two Hand Swing - :30
Rack/Squat Right - :30
Rack/Squat Left - :30
Snatch Right - :30
Snatch Left - :30
ATW - :15/:15 each way
Two Hand Swing - :60
Bottoms Up Press (two hands) - :30
Two Hand Swing - :30

Used a 16kg bell.

I did the above three times with a :60 rest between the first and second round and a 2:30 rest between the second and third.

Stretch & Roller: 14:30

Thoughts: I may have aggravated something in my lower right back with the Windmills. I will monitor that.

Not too bad today. Could be better.
