Wednesday: Day 3 &gt; Week 7 ...(GYM DAY)

People actually missed me and were glad to see me back at it :) So I thought I would start off slow & gentle and 6 months ago todays workout would have done absolutely nothing for me. Today it kicked my A$$!!! OMG, I'm sooooo weak, buh hoo, poor me....OK, I'll wipe away the tears now, here's what I did:

(2:30pm-4:00pm)

-10 min. CARDIO (eliptical trainer)
followed by total body stretching...
-(SS) Seated Leg Tucks (3 sets; BW; 15 reps) alternating with Oblique DB Lifts (3 sets; 20lbs; 12 reps)
-10 min. CARDIO (eliptical trainer)
-Stationary Lunges (10 reps, 10lbs, right leg; repeat with left leg) BIG MISTAKE, to much to soon, my inner thighs started hurting so bad I had to switch to:
-Squats (2 sets; BW; 14 reps)
-Single Leg Calf Raises on LP Machine (3 sets per leg; 140lbs; 14-10 reps)
-Peck Deck (3 sets; 25-30lbs; 14 reps)
-Stability Ball DB Pull-Overs (3 sets; 15lbs; 15 reps)
-Arnold Presses (3 sets; 10lbs per arm; 12-10 reps)
target muscle stretching after each exercise
20 min. CARDIO total

(4:30pm-4:50pm)
-20 min. fast pace walking with Louie
