Everything was swell until I just deleted yesterday's entry by accident dammit!!!!
Oh well, here is today's results:
30 minute yoga
30 minute Road Bike training on my centurion...it was rough
Legs, went light today since I did the bike training..
Lunges 3 sets 15 with 30lbs
Squats 3 sets 12x10x8 50-90lbs
Diet:
1 12oz Protein Smoothie - Banana, 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, 1 orange, 1/2 cup NF yogurt,1/4 fruit juice, 1 scoop whey protein.
1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 grapefruit w/splenda pack
1 sliced fresh roasted turkey sandwich w/spinach, 1/4 tomatoe, 1 TBP of lite mayonnaise; 1 slice havarti cheese
1/2 cup baby carrots, 1/2 cup raw broccoli
1/2 homemade NF refried beans (Bettia's Style);1/2 spanish rice, 2 cups chicken fajitas w/onions/red bell peppers/tomatoes and 1 spinach/tomatoe wrap
1 12 0z NF Mocha
2 8 oz Coffees w NF creamer (3 tsp)
1 80z green tea
lots of water!
