Wall Sit: :25/:16

Plank: :30/:30

Mountain Climbers: :20/:15/:15

Roller and Stretch: 14:25

Thoughts: Used a 16kg bell for the circuit. The goal was to do three rounds, but this freakin' cold is ticking me off... coughing midway through these things sucks.
