Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 4:30

Practice: Cleans/Presses/Snatches 8:00 with 16kg bell
Practice: Pistols - three per side with a rest between each rep - alternated sides each rep

Manmakers: 12:00 with the 24kg bell

:30 rest
:20 to :35 work

Was focusing on tension again today.

Roller & Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: Felt a little funky today... not sure why.
