Wednesday - Playtime continues....

I went in and did the second day of this mini-program - I added push-ups again, and leg press, because i felt like it :)

Warm-up 4 minutes elliptical

Seated row 60x15, 75X12, 90X10, 105X8 superset with
push-up 15, 12, 12, 10
DB flye 15'sX15, 20'sX12, 25'sX10, 30'sX8 superset with walking lunges 30X15, 40X15, 50X12, 50X12
seated leg curl 85X15, 100X12, 115X10, 130X8 superset with
leg press calf raise 115X15, 130X15, 145X15, 145X15
Leg press 3 sets 235x15 (that was the whole stack....so I couldn't go any heavier)
front-side-combo-lift 9shoulders) 3 sets of 10'sX 12&12
Skullcrushers 3 sets 35X12 superset with
ez bar curls 3 sets 35X12
bicycle crunches 3 sets 15

Tired by the end, but a good workout!

Food pretty clean all day - made steak tacos for dinner! MMM...next week is gonna suck when I really clean it up again :)
