I fell into a little hole...but I am back at it today.

Wednesday -
6:45
1/2c fiber one (couldn't they figure out a way to give this some flavor? Blah)
1 scoop isopure in water (as milk on cereal)

9:15
1/4c walnuts
1c cottage cheese
1 apple
about 20 minutes later some healthy choice popcorn - we are having a cold snap and all I want to do is eat!

lunch?
2 chicken thighs
sweet potato
smart balance

snack
large egg bagel with stilton on one half and hunstmen (bleu and cheddar) on the other, broiled

dinner
beef stew made with potatos and carrots and guinness
crusty organic bread (trying to make it sound better)

a guinness :(, a Fosters...going right down hill here...

some cashews (some being more than a serving, you can be sure.


Thursday... started out with good intentions again, but managed to busy myself out of working out by doing dishes and cleaning...
6:15am
isopure in crystal lite

9:00am
large egg bagle with stilton and huntsmen cheese (this has got to stop)


lunch around 2:00 (out shopping w.mom and sister, ate at Big Bowl, OMG sooo goood, so not on my plan)
calamari
dumplings (2)
pad thai w/tofu
panang chicken curry
fresh ginger ale

Full all afternoon, and depressed at the past two days, hubby made dinner...

vermicelli
ragu & parmesan
1 lowfat hotdog (really gross)

really full and uncomfortable. so much wheat in the past two days...Ugh. Friday will be better, I swear it!
