Wednesday & thursday
Wednesday I did not go to the gym instead I had to clean like a mo' fo' to get ready for guests coming in town this weekend. Yippie!!!
Thursday pretty busy but managed to get my weights in
db rows 20#/15, 25/12,25/20, 25,8
narrow grip pulldowns 65/12/ 75/10 90/8
flat bench db presses 20/15, 25/12, 30/10, 35/4,25/4
flys 12/12,10,8
rear delt flys 10/15,12,10,8
front raises, 10/12,10/10,8/15
did some ez bar bicep curls to burn some out.
going to concert tonight hopefully i will get my cardio in....
