Wednesday, What a Good Day!

So far,... so good! I'm real happy with the work-out program that was designed for me. I haven't been so sore that I couldn't move. Yet I'm feeling terrific results. My body is tighter and some defination is developing in my arms.
Today: Abdominals and Chest
4 Sets Dumbbell Incline Bench Presses 12r/20 lbs, 6r/30 lbs, 5r/45 lbs, 10r/45 lbs.
4 Sets Dumbbell Flat Bench Presses 12r/20 lbs, 6r/45 lbs, 5r/45 lbs, 10r/45 lbs.
4 Sets Incline Dumbbell Fly 12r/20 lbs, 6r/25 lbs, 5r/25 lbs, 10r/20 lbs.
3 Sets Seated Twists 15r, 15r, 15r.
3 Sets Leg Raises 15r, 15r, 15r.
3 Sets Crunches 15r, 15r, 15r.
Road my bike for 30 mins.
Had a good burn on the work out. Look forward to tomarrow.
