wednesday...abs

OUCH....OK...I remember...I HATE abs!!!!!!!
3 sets SS 10lbs
crunch,leg lift,oblique.
Cardio...I got in 30 minutes...but barely.My side was cramping...I couldn't get faster than 5.4 rpm...at 28 minutes in I realized the incline was up...dang kids.I don't know how long it's been up...could explain why I can't get as far as I'd like.We'll see...I got 2.40 miles.
I realized while I was on the treadmill I'd have to adjust to running on the pavement to run a 5K...eeek...haven't done that in awhile.
Food:
oats,eggs
2 sc shake
I'm supposed to make meat loaf and rice for my lunches all week...we'll see
1 sc shake
dinner...not sure yet...probably chicken in olive oil on raw spinach and vegetables.
1 sc shake.
The kids go back to school tomorrow...thank the Lord...I'm about to put a free kid sign on 'um and take 'um to walmart.I adore my babies...but after 2 weeks of them fighting with eachother...and calling my name..."MOOOOOOM"
I'm ready to change my name and move out of the country!!!!!
