Wednesday...abs and slowly getting back into it....
Went to the gym and did a variety of ab work and all of it hurt ); I also thru in a bit of arm work using 5lb dbls: lat raises, bicept curls and front raises along with some calf work and back extentions. This week is definetly and "ease back into it" week, because my body is rebelling. To add insult to injury my iPod mini died on me, so I'm without tunes. I looked into purchasing an iPod nano, but because of Christmas, the store was sold out. I'll have to steal my hubby's or daughters. I plan to swim tonight, although last nights swim near killed me...never, never again will i take this much time off again!!!!! Day 2 of eating properly has relieved some stomach issues I was having....go figure. Oh well, guess I have to pay my dues. I know next week will be much easier! Besides the body aches, it's good to be back!
