Wednesday....been a while since I posted!
I'm out of town and have been too busy to post my workouts-or lack of workouts...
I flew out on Monday...so no workout. Tuesday I managed a run in the morning. Turned into a fairly long one, cause I got a wee bit lost running along the Saskatchewan River..probably did about 8km (a bit of walking thrown in, especially up a huge hill!)
Today I used the UofA gym and did a full body workout:
seated row
wide lat pull down
BB squats
SL'DLs
Bench press
incline ab work (straight and obl)
I won't have a chance to workout tomorrow, but I'll try and squeeze on in at lunch on Friday, since I'll be back home and at work then.
Next week things will get back to normal. My swim nights drop to just 2/week, so I'll be able to get my wt sessions back in and re-introduce some HIIT. Looking forward to the routine.
We won't discuss diet this week-it's been really hard to keep on plan. Next week I pull out out the stops!
