It feels sooo good to be injury free. I didn't realize just how much my injuries were effecting me until they finally went away. I have so much more mobility in my joints!

I went to the gym for a full body workout. Worked really hard since this will be the only wt workout this week. Here's what went down....

3 min on ellip

3 sets 10 pushups narrow/wide/leg lifted (had to switch to girlies for the narrow)

3 sets BB squats 10X45/10X65/8X85 (I know I can go heavier, but I'm testing the hips..all good, able to get nice and deep)

Asst Pullups 10X80/8X60/8X60/6X60 (really pushed these..felt great to get some good numbers again) wt translates to puling ~ 80lb/100lb/100lb/100lb

Alternated BB DL's and BB BO rows: 12X45/10X55/10X75lb
(sweat was dripping off me at this point)

BB flat bench press: 10X45/8X65/8X65 (had to squeeze out the last 2!)

ab work on an incline bench 3 sets: 1 set=20/20/20 crunch/R.obliq/L.obliq --yowch--gonna feel these on Friday

leg lifts 3 sets 8

And I was toast.....

finished with lot's of stretching....Felt really strong today...so good to be back!!!!!

diet going extremely well. I have a copy of the Precision Nutrition package sitting at home (just delivered today) so I'm pretty excited to see what's inside. I've heard lot's of good things about it...and it's by a Canadian..so it's got to be good (; I'm mostly interested in trying to implement some nutrition strategies to support my current level of activity and maximize my weight loss without compromising energy levels. We'll see what it has to offer. So far I'm pretty impressed with Jon Barardi's take on exercise and nutrition.
