Wednesday....Good days and Bad days.....
Funny how one day you feel like you have endless energy and the next you feel like you've had the life sucked out of you...today is an off day...I am just very tired....not sure why...
I did go to the gym and did a leg day with a few extra's thrown in because I did not do the cardio today. I want to swim tonight and want to make sure I have enough energy for that. Swimming will more that make up for my lack of cardio at the gym!
Today's workout went as follows:
3 sets in rotation 25Xcrunches/obliques/leg lifts
3 sets walking lunges no wt/10lb dbls/10lb dbs double lunge
3 sets BB DL's 12X45lb/12X55lb/10X65lb
3 sets leg press 12X90lb/10X180lb/8X230
3 sets leg ext 12X60/10X70/8X80
3 sets leg curls 12X50/12X60/8X70
3 sets smith squats 12X75/10X125/8X125
stretch to cool down.
Diet:
eggs+can acon+tortilla
oatmeal+protien
chicken wrap+protien smoothie from gym (I was hungry)
protien
chicken breast _ veggies for dinner
swim
protien
I would like to take a nap now. I also have a case of the munchies today-luckily there're no treats in my office!
