Wednesday....Tuesdays workout today...almost didn't go....
I'm coming down with a cold which is causing poor sleep and I'm tired. I debated the wisdom of working out, but figured I could just keep it light if I didn't feel up to it. I left out the cardio though.
Butt buster workout....
SS walking lunges (12lb dbls)//jump squats
SS steps ups (bench+20lb bb) // plyometric lunges
BB squats (95lb) // plie squats
SLDL's BB 65/85/105lbs
And that was it...didn't feel up to the stability ball. I worked hard and didn't feel any worse than I did when I started, but unfortunatley no better either...
I'm not going to do tomorrows workout because I have some running around to do to organize my work Christmas Party. Also, we were warned by my swimming coach that tomorrows swim is timed 200m freestyle for 1 hour continuous. I want to save all of my energy for the swim!!
The next few weeks are going to be hit and miss with Christmas approaching, but I will do my best to get my workouts in and my diet as clean as possible.
Diet:
cottage cheese, oatmeal, berries, almonds
oatmeal+protien
turkey/spinach wrap and gym protien smoothie
raw veggies
oatmeal+protien
chicken+rice+red pepper
protien+skim milk
