Wed....Snow day, but still at work
They closed all the schools today, but the weather really isn't that bad, so I went to work anyway. Because the schools closed, they cancelled my swimming last night and tonight. Lucky I did my run yesterday! Wed. workouts are supposed to be lower body wts + a cardio challenge...managed to do both.
3 min warmup on treadmill
SS walking lunges (doubles) + jump squats //last set of lunges with bodybar wt (resulted in rubber legs)
leg curls (lying) 3 sets 50/60/60lb
BB squats 3 sets 45/95/105
DL's 45/65/85/105
Cardio challenge
15min on ellip.
burned 220cals
Legs felt very rubbery after this workout...and that's a good thing.
Hubby and I will go out for a valentines dinner.
