I am defineatly seeing results since I have taken my diet uner control.More defiition in my shoulders for sure...and a much smaller waist. I am very pleased.
wed....hit the track after work for 2 miles.
Went out to dinner with the kids...and had tilapia rice and a side salad.And NO dessert...this was not an easy task.

BOR 1 hand 16 lbs(These felt GREAT)

squats 16 lbs...threw these in for fun...I like squats
Favorite jeans almost fit...couple more weeks and they will...I know it.
