well....today was easy!!!!!The run sure did help my legs and booty!!!

3 sets ea 20 reps weighted 5 lb
crunches
reverse curl
oblique crunch

35 min treadmill....kept the pace low and just cruised through...broke a nice sweat...after about 5 min legs were feeling good...this is a nice mid week workout!!!

Food:
left over pumpkin pancakes
woke up and had eggs and oats
post workout 2 sc shake
tilapia(2 servings to make up for missed protien today)potatoe,broc
try and get a second 2 sc shake in.

This really isn't as bad as I imagined it to be...this time I didn't give myself a chance to phyche myself out...just didn't dwell on what it would be like to work nights and get workouts in...and it hasn't been bad at all...scarey what we can talk ourselves out of sometimes!!!
