Getting out of high school I was 180 lbs at 6'2". Now 2 years later, here I am 60 lbs heavier and still the same height. I don't look too bad, but I'm definitely not happy with my level of physical ability. I found this site through a google search as I'm sure many of you did. To my surprise there is an active community that I look forward to sharing my results with and hoping to also get some feed back from. I have access to a gym so I chose the gym workout at the intermediate level 5 days a week. My goal is not muscle gain but rather fat loss. If anyone has any pointers or a different program you've had good results with and had the same goal I'd love to hear from you.
