week 1 WCCS tues

WELL....THAT was interesting...not as bad as bust your butt tues from the other challenge...but the legs are defineatly wobbely...I've only slept about an hour so far today...so the workout went well I thought...started out kinda whiney...but got told to suck it up...so I did...and felt better...

Warm-up bodyweight squats, 10 reps each - one set narrow stance, one set regular stance, one set wide stance

Squats (BB) 15, 12, 10, 8 wt-35,45,50,55
Sumo squats 12, 10, 8...I am a dork...I dont know what I was doing...had a wide stance like this...but a kick when you came up...got my heart rate up...but apperantly NOT a sumo squat... wt-I dont even remember....
Sissy squats - 12, 10, 8 tried with a weight...lets just say it didnt workout...I need the other hand for balance
Front squats - 12, 10 , 8...fell over the first set...was advised to try a wider stance...which worked out...but I got completely distracted and couldnt fininsh the last set.

SOOOOOOO...I got through.the workout today...with little sleep...and I have to work tonight...so i'm proud of myself for getting it done...I needed a little push from a friend to stop stalling..but I got it done...

I have a secret weapon stashed away this time around...that will help me the whole way through...so I think I will stay very focused this challenge...

Food...the same as yesterday...except I will have tilapia fish and brown rice for dinner....
