Today I spent the second day of the second week in the gym. I started weight training last Friday. I have already lost 2 pounds and my shoulder muscles are on fire! I thought I needed more strength in my chest (pec muscles) after they were abused for my reconstruction...I was WRONG! My shoulders are actually the weakest muscle group. I'm highly motivated, though. I am already seeing changes and my weight is already going down. YAY!
