Week 2, Monday Aug 27
My hubby and I have a friendly bet going to see who can get closest to their goal wt by the time we go on a mini golf holiday in FLA, at the end of September. My goal is to reach 150 (about 12 lbs away), so we'll see how far a can get in 4 more weeks. So it's lots of lean meat and veggies for me! I'm also getting back to my normal workout routine.
I went to the gym for a full body workout over the lunch hour:
3X 12: SS prisoner squats//walking lunges//pushups
3X12 SS bench press(45lb)//v-situps
3X12 asst pullups (80lb)
3X12 cable rows (60lb)
3X12 SLDL's using 50lb short BB
3 SS interal rotations(3lb) and press ups (5lb) shoulder rehab work
Ab work on incline bench
strech to cool down.
I found this tough today, I'm sure it's because I'm out of routine. My legs hurt for a week after last weeks workout, I have a feeling my arms are going to feel it this week.
Nutrition:
7:30, eggs+veggies, orange
10:00 orange+pecans
12:00, workout
1pm, chicken, veggies(lettuce, spinach, cucumber, celery, broccoli + balsamic dressing
3pm ice tea protien drink
6pm, salmon + veggies (that's the plan anyways)
