Week 2 underway
Whew! I had a pretty mediocre work out yesterday. I know now why you're supposed to eat before working out. I skipped lunch and worked out towards the end of the day, and I barely made it through. I did go, at least, and so it can't be all bad.
I've found that I can't get everything done in the time I have available. Even still it takes me about an hour and a half to do the whole thing. Because of this, I do weights MWF and cardio and abs on TThSa. Today's cardio was a rowing machine. That was an interesting experience. I couldn't hardly walk after getting done with the cardio, and I am fully useless even still and it's been 2 hours. I sure hope all of this starts to get easier. I can't afford to spend an hour and a half each day at the gym only to come home and be worthless. My wife is pregnant and needs my help, and I teach a class at the local college so I have to be productive even after hours.
Well, like I said, at least I went and put in the work. I have faith that it will be easier and faster in a few weeks.
