Week 3

I am better at keeping up with my schedule for working out then stopping here and typing in my logs.  But I am feeling like I have more stamina and far more energy.  I don't want to just sit at the house I want to be up and moving.  A really good way to be heading.
The workouts are getting a bit easier and I am feeling less sore afterwards.  This is a good thing.  I can see my goals getting achieved.

    Nice work Tina. Post some detail of your workouts if you have time. It's fascinating reading for training junkies. It's also a great way for you to amaze yourself a year from now when you see how far you've come. Keep going.
