Week 3 a thing of the past
Got myself going along a cutting it up. Resistance training has helped firm up my muscels and hit my goal of 400lbs for leg presses. I know that doesn't seem like much, but for someone weighing in a 156lbs and doing 3 sets of 8 its a good goal. Now to get my bicep and triceps up to final par while I maintain my legs. By maintain I mean putting it at 320 doing 4 sets of 8, 5 sets of 8, and then 4 sets of 10 on up. This way I can increase my endurance length while pushing the weight. Shoulders are coming back to what I want, not huge, but defined. Happy!
