Warmup: Pushups, reg x 15, hands on bench x10, feet on bench, 8
Incline Bench Presses: 15x45,12x50,10x55,8x55
Incline flys: 12x25,10x25,8x25
Bentover rows: 15x60,12x65,10x70,8x70
Wide grip pulldowns: 12x60,8x70 + 2x70,8x70 (
DB Shoulder Press: 15x15,12x20,10x20,8x20 (weak on these today, needed Maricela's help all the way through)
Side laterals: 12x15,10x15,8x15

Maricela is much stronger on chest (I think its those boobs) & shoulder, yet I seem to be stronger on the back. How's that work?

She will be meeting me for lunch today...our first time getting together outside the gym...and I am going to help her sort out the diet. Should be fun.

Going back tonight for HIIT.
