10 warmups each of reg, narrow and wide stance, no weight

Barbell Squats: 4 sets, 15x95,12x105,10x115,8x120
(getting stronger; still squatting low)
Sumo squats: 3 sets, 12x75,10x85,8x95
Sissy squats; 12x0,10x10,8x10 (I watched myself in the mirror...these are looking good, almost ready to limbo, baby!)
Front squats: 12x70,10x75,8x80
