Week 3 diet weigh in

Hey guys,

So this is week 3 of my diet plan and this is how it's gone
.


Starting Weight = 93kgs/ 204.6 lbs
Height = 165cms
Age = 21
Female.

Todays Weight = 89 kgs

Total weightloss of = 3.5kgs

My high point for the week was making fruit salad with pineapple! Pineapples awesome. My low point was my parents trying to argue with me that eating frozen pizza and chicken strips is okay. I still didn't eat any.

I'll keep posting my new weight each week so good luck everyone!.
