Not a terrible amount to say for this week. Got my tattoo done on my upper back, so I couldn't do any excersise while its healing. Should be good for next week, just want to make sure everything heals right back there. Its a huge circle piece about 9" diameter centered between my shoulder blades from my base of the neck to the mid spine. Did some cardio and leg workouts and pushed a little on my inner leg strenth. Would like to get those presses and pulls above 100, because that will add leg definition and strength to my core balance. Lets kick off week 5 with a upper body workout to finish the shaping up there. I am good to GO!
