Week 4, Day 1

4:30 - 6:30 AM: abs, shoulders, forearms

1. Rear Shoulder Lateral Raises - 4x8x15: had to use free motion mashine, both facing the machine and behind me
2. Seated Machine Lateral Raises - 4x11x50: had to do it one side at a time, since the machine is not designed properly
3. Machine rear Deltoid Fly - 3x8x18: still careful to avoid injiuries
4. Seated reverse Dubmbell Wrist Curls - 3x9x5: need to work on forearms
5. Oblique Crunch Hyperextension platform - 2x9x10
6. Leg Raises - 2x10x0: The 6pack is coming back!!

Cardio: 15 min jumping rope, 10 min basketball

Took longer than usual. Nice to have a day off on Monday. May show up at work wearing a mask, to get some potluck food. jk
