Week 4, Days 2 - 4

Had great workouts. Just didn't have time to log them in. Gained 8 pounds (of muscle) in 1.5 months since I started with FT. This is the result of regular workouts combined with controlled intakes of food. Will have to go out to shop for larger szie clothes pretty soon.
