Week 5

Week 5 is finally over... It took me 2 weeks to complete it because of the tests. It feels good to get back to the normal workout routine. I figured out how to copy and paste from the Exercise Program screen INCLUDING the information keyed into the database. So I am not gonna worry about tracking my data here. I will just copy and paste the whole thing at once when I am done.

I got the first two issues of Men's Fitness. Lots of interesting info, but more unnecessary junk too. The whole magazine can be condensed into 2-3 page information the most.

Anyway, back to today's workout. Since it was longer than usual, and I was running late, I did supersetting, which still lasted one hour, so I had to skip the cardio.

This was it... on to week #6!
