Able to increase weight in most areas. Shoulders weight still same as wrist will not handle increase in weight. However is feeling much better and if it keeps improve will try increasing week 6. Form is good. Biceps got tried early as per last rep in preacher curl

Close Grip Machine Pulldowns 10x70,10x80,8x90

Shoulders
front db raises 10x5,10x10,6x15,6x20
Military Presses 10x40,10x50,8x55,6x60
Standing lateral raises 10x5,10x10,8x15,8x20

Biceps
Standing E-Z bar curl 10x30,8x40,6x50,6x60
Barbell Preacher curls 10x30,8x35,6x40,4x45

Ab work, cardo done at the dojo.

Feeling goo.
