Monday - Chest, abs - rest 2 minutes between sets
warm-up - 5 minutes elliptical, 2 sets 12 push-ups, 2 sets 95X10 bench press
Bench 155X5, 160X4, 165X5 Personal record :)
Incline DB press 55'sX8, 55'sX8, 55'sX7 (I was limited here because I was at home and that is as high as my dumbbells go...)I have outgrown my dumbbells :)theres a good feeling :)
Decline Bench 110X6, 120X10 could have gone heavier...
Incline DB flye 45'sX6, 45'sX6
reverse crunches on incline 3 sets 15
crunches on bench 3 sets 15
Went immediately for a bike ride with the family - realy fun!
Food on Monday:

1 egg, 6 whites
2 oz turkey breast
asparagus
1/2 grapefruit
tsp oil & TBSP PB
8:45ish -
chicken breast
handful of peanuts

6 oz chicken breast
2 stalks celery, 1c lettuce, TBSP minced onion
TBSP lite mayo, dijon mustard
1/8c walnuts

2 scoops whey
18 almonds
5:15 Workout shake
7:00 1 scoop whey

6 oz extra lean beef
1 1/2 oz guacamole
asparagus
1/2TBSP Udo's oil
1/2 grapefruit
Things I did right on Monday:
1) Spent the morning at the zoo with my daughter. :)
2)Waited until my husband got home so I had a spotter for my workout.
3) Went on a family bike ride (with the neighbors, too). Realized how much I LOVE my mountain bike - will have to do more biking this summer!
4) Ate clean!
