Week 6 / Day 1 of new workout routine for FT challenge

I did the new monday routine today at the gym. Here's what I did:

2 sets of sit ups 20 reps each crunches/oblique/rev crunches
1 set legs raised, 2nd set held 5lb wt. Just couldn't be bothered doing a 3nd set, and I have pilates tonight anyways-I hope.

4 sets BB press: 12X45/12X50/10X55/10X55

4 sets incline db press all 12X15lb

3 sets on pec dec all 12X45lb

3 sets wide lat pulldowns 12X60/10X70/10X70

3 sets cable row 12X60/12X70/10X80

3 sets lat pushdowns 12X60/12X70/10X70

My arms were certainly getting progressively tired as I moved thru this new routine and they felt pretty pumped when I was done. Although I managed some half decent wts, my mind wasn't really into it today. Unless something comes up, I plan to do my Pilates class followed by my swimming, which would count for todays cardio.

Diet is back on track, but I think I did some damage over the past 4 days );
