Week 7 begins...

Warmup: Pushups, reg x 15, hands on bench x10, feet on bench x10
Incline DB Presses: 8x30,10x25,12x25,13x25 (did these in reverse so I could actually complete a set with 30 lbs., and to change things up a little)
Incline flys: 12x25,10x25,8x30
Bentover rows: 15x65,12x70,10x70,8x75
Wide grip pulldowns: 12x70,10x70,8x70
DB Shoulder Press: was all over the place with these--10x25 plus 5x20, 5x25 plus 7x20, 8x20,7x20
started with the heavier wiehgt, then finished with the lighter weight, my shoulders were done.
Side laterals: 12x15,10x15,8x15

Went back in the evening for cardio...did 35 minutes mostly walking on the treadmill. I tried running for a couple of intervals, but didn't like the way my knee felt so I'm going to give it more time. Tendon seems to be the problem--made sure I can squat without any discomfort. Seems to be just the impact of running that bothers it. I will get real running shoes before I run outside again.
