Week 8 ends!

The foursome was back together. We looked pretty funny doing our presses all lined up.

warm up: 3 sets alternating presses: 10x15 each
Standing Overhead presses: 3 sets, 12x40,10x45,8x50 Lateral raises: 3 sets, 12x10 each set -- went lighter on the weight to perfect my form. My elbows were bending--I wanted to keep my arms straight.
Triceps pushdowns: 3 sets, 12x40,10x40,8x40
SS w/ DB Curls: 12x20,10x20,8x25
Skullcrushers: 3 sets, 12x40,10x45,8x45
SS w/Standing ez bar curls: 12x35,10x40,8x45

Had time for 16 minutes on the treadmill. Started with HIIT for 4 intervals, but my knee was hurting again, so I finished up walking.
