week 8 update ... i haven't stopped, just got busy

i'm into the last week of my ft program, and the results have continuted to be favorable. i have been a little depressed, but it hasn't thrown off my schedule. i think part of my depression stems from not being able to run ... but i DID run today for the first time in about 3½ weeks. it didn't hurt as bad as it has, but i think it hasn't gotten completely better because i continue to play tennis.
in that regard, i guess i really have been running every week, it's just on a tennis court instead of a treadmill. i actually ran lines in the middle of my workout yesterday, then forced myself to serve and retun against the wall, dead tired, for the last 25 minutes.
on another note, i was laying in bed last night and the gf says to me "your stomach is getting so flat. where'd your belly go?" apparently she thought it was endearing. doesn't make me want it back.
back to the workouts ... strength continues to improve. i'm back in the triple digits on the flat bench, and i'm almost into triple digits on the incline. after this ft workout is complete i'm thinking of doing 4 weeks of superset workouts to mix things up and then go back to a routine like i'm about to finish. either way i want to keep from hitting a plateau.
