Week 8...new Beginning..can't believe we're almost 1/2 way there!!!
Starting out fresh this week with a renewed focus on diet. I'm going to shoot for "quality" 2000cal/day and see if that curbs some of my hunger and boost some fat loss. I've already tracked my food for today so I want to write it down before I forget. I really didn't realize how low I was going each day with "quality" calories! I think in the past weeks i still may have been pushing 1800+ calories, but a good chunk of that was not terribly nutritious!
Today's Diet:
Breakfast: cottage cheese+oatmeal+berries+almonds
snack#1: oatmeal+protien
workout
post workout: Jugo Juice smoothie
lunch: rice,chicken, tons of raw veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, red pepper, celery, carrots)
snack#2: oatmeal+ protien
dinner: chicken+rice+veggies
pilates
swim
post swim protien+ skim milk
This puts me at ~2100calories with 42F, 192C, 225P
I'm curious to see how I feel throughout the day as far as hunger goes. At the moment (just finished snack#1...I'm stuffed!)
I'll post my workout when completed....
