Warm Up: KB warmup for 4:30

Deads: 45x15/135x8/225x5/265x3/2 70x5
BB Curls (body drag): 50x6x4*
Dips: 14/8/7/7

SS:
Wrist Curls: 20lbsx20x3
Reverse Wrist Curls: 20lbsx20/14/12

Thoughts: * got six! It was a struggle, with a breakdown in form, but I got it!

Did fifteen minutes of stretching and rolling.
