Cardio: Recumbent Bike: 15:00min/Random/Level five/134bpm/80cals/5.4 miles

Stretch & Roller: 13:00

Thoughts: I added a third KB set to the superset. I also
dumped the fifth set of DL and Rows.

Overall, pretty good today.
