Week Five - Day One - At Home

Start: 9:39am
Finish: 10:20-ish am

Warm Up: 6:00 - KB Warm up

Manmakers: 12:00 with the 24kg bell - 180 swings

Roller & Stretch: 11:00

Thoughts: It's a different feel at home. Not bad, just different. If it wasn't raining, I would have done this outside. And if my math was correct or if I didn't miss marking down any reps, 180 swings.
